How long does it take for my order to ship?
If the apparel says 'In Production' or 'Pre-Order', it will take about 30 days for us to receive the order, and then around 7 business days to ship. We will continue to keep you updated throughout the whole process.
In stock items will take around 7 days to ship. Email us at aenigmaapparel@gmail.com with any questions.
How can I track my order?
A confirmation email is sent to you once you complete your order, and a tracking number is included in it. If you have not received this, contact us at aenigmaapparel@gmail.com. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items*
Do you do returns or exchanges?
Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges. However, if a return needs to be made due to your apparel being defective please contact aenigmaapparel@gmail.com first. Make sure your apparel is unworn and that you keep the original packaging. Note that the customer is responsible for covering shipping costs.
